Happy Easter Tablescape Thursday. I have already visited a few of you and WOW this is going to be a good Tablescape Thursday. Make sure you get around to visit all the entries some time this week, they are really beautiful and will give you all kinds of ideas for your Easter Table.
Thanks again Susan at Between Naps on the Porch for giving us all the opportunity to share our Easter Tablescapes with each other and all of you.
We will be up north for Easter this year so my grandchildren will not be here. I set up this little fireside children's Easter breakfast table the way I would like to have it if my babies were going to be here for Easter morning.
Little egg shaped plates in different colors at each place setting so they can argue over who will get what color ;) Do yours do that? Blake will definitely want the green one.
Ruffled fruit dishes on a couple of the setting for the ones that will eat fruit. Riley will just want eggs and bread.

Taylor's favorite color is blue so she will most likely want to sit here.
Mrs. Bunny will make the final decision about who will sit where.
I really do wish they were here.
When they were here a few weeks ago they all got to see the decorations that I had out. I used a few of them for the centerpiece here.
This sparkly rabbit riding on the sheep is one of my favorite pieces.
Close up of the egg plate. I'm going to say this one will be Riley's pick.
This green one for Blake.
Blue for Taylor.
Yellow for blond little Aidan.
Mrs. Bunny is happy now.
This Welcome Spring egg always makes me smile.
Happy Easter to you, all my blogger friends. Tomorrow, if I get a minute, I will do a high chair set up for Nolan. I wouldn't want to leave him out and the bunny high chair that we have had all the babies endure is perfect for an Easter Tablescape even if it is the most uncomfortable high chair around ;)
Hugs,
Sue
Gorgeous!! I love those egg-shaped plates!
ReplyDeleteI so want to be a kid and come sit at your table! Just stunning and adorable. BYW - I just posted photos of my almost finished sunroom...just love the new color!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter my friend.

That is such a beautiful table setting!! I would be a little nervous with mine, but maybe we can use my set of chipped china I bought for them. That way, if they break something it is not a big deal!! And it would be pretty for them!! :)
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet table...your kids would love it, I know.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter
Now that is just stunning! Memories in the making for those little ones.
ReplyDeleteSue, This is Gorgeous and I can just see them sitting there in thier pretty little Easter Frocks! That Bunny is to die for, and I have never seen anything like it! Love your home!!!! Nancy
ReplyDeleteHow adorable and fun for your lucky littles. Sorry they won't be with this Easter. You have so many beautiful and unques things, it is wonderful that you share them with all of us!
ReplyDeleteWherever did you get those beautiful egg-shaped plates with the most adorable designs on each? I have to have them!! I've seen egg-shaped plates before but nothing as beautiful as yours. Lucky girl. And, I adore your lady bunny. It's as if she's watching over your grandbabies! Hopefully, one day, I'll have grandchildren of my own and I will make a tablescape as lovely as yours for them. Enjoy your blessed Easter. Joanne ~~ glamourgirljoanne@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful. This is how an Easter table should look. Thank you for sharing and Happy Easter!
ReplyDeleteJoanne,
ReplyDeleteThe egg plates are from Williams-Sonoma. They are about three years old now so I don't know if they are still available. You might try ebay. I looked on the back of a plate and it did not have a specific name for the pattern. Thanks for your kind words.

Hi Sue! Oh, I adore your precious table! Now, I could really take those bunny plates off your hands! I don't think you need them, do you? ;)
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter, Dear One,
Shelia ;)
Hello again! Another lovely table! I have to ask- did you make that tablecloth? It's gorgeous! And it is so perfect with the other pieces you've set. Your pink glasses are great, too- I could see them in so many different settings!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
- Meg
Thanks Meg. No, I did not make the table cloth. I can't sew a lick unfortunately. Most of my things go together because I work with a specific color palette of pink, green and blue in varying values. My paint chips and wallpaper samples are always in my purse for when I need to see if something will go with what I already have at home.
ReplyDeleteThe pink glasses are from Anthropology. I think they carry them all the time.
Sue this is a delightful tablescape and you know your little ones so well lol, love the huge decision making Mrs Bunny, the egg plates and sparkly bunny and sheep. Happy Easter, hugs, Kathy.
ReplyDeleteHow adorable is that table!! The dishes are precious and your Mrs. Bunny is just too cute. Did you make her? Yes, mine grands have their favorite colors, too. I wish you could be with your grandchildren. Mine will be away also.
ReplyDeleteGreat post. Happy Easter.
Love it all! Beautiful, really it is all so very beautiful! Have a blessed Easter!
ReplyDeleteA+!!! My favorite tablescape yet! I love the colors, the placement by the fireplace (who doesn't like to eat where it's warm), the yummy colors of the plates and the thought of those precious little grandchildren eating there. LOVE those egg plates. Just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOK, I HAVE to have those egg shaped plates!!! You are amazing!!
ReplyDeleteIt's Friday...but Sunday's Comin'!
Have a blessed weekend!
Omg, Sue, everything is so stunning, you do such beautiful work, I let out a *GASP* when I saw each vignette, you are so talented when it comes to making everything so cottage sweet and pretty!!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a blessed Easter! Hugs, Cynthia
I love, love, love your tablescape. Too bad the grandkiddies aren't coming. They would be so delighted. But then again, they probably aren't old enough to appreciate all your effort. I love the egg shaped plates. And Mrs Bunny is too cute. I have the same Welcome Spring egg. I love it! Thanks for sharing your table. It's beautiful.
ReplyDeleteAny child would love to sit at this setting -- in fact...so would I!
ReplyDeleteThis is just beautiful and I know y'all had a wonderful Easter meal! I love the Williams-Sonoma plates!
