  2. Pretty post! You sure look great for all those children and grandchildren!!

I grew up in Southfield Michigan. All my Aunts, Uncles and Cousins live in the Rochester area. I have visited your blog before but never knew this was where you were located. Now I understand your blog url about keeping house!

  5. This is BEYOND ironic. I was just standing at the sink staring into the snow and thinking of what to do on such a horrible day, I glanced to my pantry where I keep my beloved Ladurée box - once full of macaroons but I can't bare to part with it. I love Ladurée - then I thought about googling a macaroon recipe and finally trying to make some myself - I have been wanting to forever. Then, I came over to the computer and saw your post on my sidebar. This is the second time I have needed Twilight Zone music concerning blogland yet this morning.
Da da da da, Da da da da.

    BTW those photos are wonderful!!!!

  8. Love this post! I can almost taste the marrons glace now..sigh.
Beautiful colors, aren't they? The shop in Paris and at Harrod's London are so beautiful, a soft green on the walls that I was instantly smitten with, too.

  11. Thank you for visiting my blog!

I love this post - I wonder what flavor the green one is? My favorite flavor is the salted caramel...makes my mouth water just to see this picture!

PS - Green is my favorite color

I adore Laduree! The iconic green ranks higher up on my list than T&Co's blue..would you happen to know which type of green paint it is? I'm thinking of painting a wall of my bedroom that color.
