Fall Boxes Opened

OK, it is way to early to be finished with summer yet but it is fun to see what we have to work with for fall and get a plan going. This year I might even get the table cloths ironed for Thanksgiving and consider using real plates.
This is what we have to work with. Add in the pumpkins, fresh fall candles and a few mums and we should be good to go.
Thanks for stopping by.

Hugs,
Sue

Oh such pretty things for fall. I love the colors of fall but I don't want it here yet as it means winter is close by and I do not like winter at all.

You will have a very pretty Thanksgiving table that I am sure of. Enjoy your fall pretties and can't wait to see how you decorate when the time comes.

  5. Hi Sue :)

I'm itching to decorate the house for fall... the candles, the pumpkins, getting out the throws, lighting the fireplace, making hot cider... It can't get here fast enough ;)

Your fall decor is darling and I can't wait to see what you do.

You are giving my such a since of guilt! Guilt because my storage room is such a disaster---I have been so sloppy about taking care of my decorations for various holidays. They're just kinda here and there. Plus, I can hardly walk through it and it is a large area. On the top of "to do"list is now going to be: clean and organize my storage room! Thanks for the reminder! Maybe then I can find my fall decor! :-)

Thanks for stopping by. Yes, I am related to Dana, she is my daughter. My parents, Dana's grandparents, own the guest house.
Do you live in Michigan too?

  13. I have also noticed the early Michigan fall and am not liking it one bit. That means winter is right around the corner.

What a great stash of fall decorating treasures you have!! You are well on your way to a fantastic Fall Home! I, on the otherhand, will hang on to summer as long as I possibly can. I may still have my favorite daisy floral arrangement in the front hall at Christmas!!
