We had a good time up north last week. The boys had meetings in Bay Harbor so I tagged along as the nanny. We had rooms at The Inn at Bay Harbor. Here are a few pictures of pretty Bay Harbor that I thought you might like to see. The first one is taken off of our little porch and is of the cottages that are included on the Bay Harbor Inn property.
This is a colorful, privately owned, cottage in the village that is close to the main town center. This is the private cottage that we passed on our walk to the town center every evening. It is up on a hill and overlooks Lake Michigan.
The flowers on the entire property were so bright and well maintained.
OK, this may not be so exciting but I love this blue and green fabric that was used on the curtains in our room and would love to find out the name of it. Anybody have a clue? I should have pulled it out straight to see the pattern better but we were leaving and I didn't have time to fuss with it.
Hope you all had a good weekend and that all is well with you and yours. My Mom is in the hospital due to dehydration and an irregular heart beat. Please say a prayer for her if you will please.
I read this quote on some ones blog and thought it was so true:
