Roaring Thunder

Just another typical weekend around here when we get together with about 1,000 of our buddies and head out on the highways to raise money for of some of our favorite charities ;)
This is a picture of a few of us lined up listening to the local dignitaries and clergy blessing the bikes and the ride. This is just a few of the bikes. The bikes line up about 6 abreast all the way around this huge building. After the final prayers are said we are signaled to start our engines.
When all those bikes start up it is what they call 'Roaring Thunder' and when that happens even this girly grama gets a little thrill and thanks God along with all of the other riders for the freedom to assemble with others, to serve others.

Hope you all had a good weekend.

Hugs,
Sue
