Praise God!

When Angie spoke with Dr. White yesterday he told her that they were going to work toward getting Aaron off of the 'trake' because they have lowered the oxygen they are giving him and he is breathing pretty much on his own now, praise God. They will also lower his sedation gradually and by the end of the week they hope to have him in rehabilitation. All glory and honor are yours dear heavenly Father.

Please pray that they are able to manage Aaron's pain as he comes out for under the sedation. His wounds are healing well and we have faith that he is truly in the palm of the Lord's hands. We pray that the Lord our God through his son Jesus Christ would bless all of you prayer warriors abundantly for your vigilant commitment to prayer for Aaron's healing and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

There are two things that I am grateful are planted in my heart for times like these. First and foremost is the Word of God and second is the FlyLady. For those of you familiar with FlyLady you will understand. Today is Monday so the house is being blessed and the bed sheets are in the washer. Marla, if something brings you here, thank you.

Praise God for hearing the prayers of your saints and guiding us through all of this to your glorious conclusion. I love you with all my heart.

Blessings,
Sue

  2. Sue and family,
Word of the blog just spread to me in Colorado from Mt Pleasant (via Sue Pung and my mom!). I know my prayers are late, but will continue down the long, healing road Aaron has ahead of him. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Please let all of your wonderful kids know I am thinking of them.

    God Bless,
    Jenna (McFarlane) Rowland

WONDERFUL NEWS! Lord heard our prayers...and continues to heal Aaron. I'm so happy for you and your family. Even though I don't know you. You're a "mom" and we are all sisters of motherhood.

    To the White Family,
We just received word of Aaron and we are shocked! It sounds as though his condition is getting a bit better and that is WONDERFUL!! In reading your wonderful blog, it sounds as though you have many supporters, prayers, and kind words that are being sent your way! We would like to add to that if we may...
We are in the area and would be more than happy to help in any way that we could. Please tell Angie hello from us and all of you are in our thoughts and prayers.
    Sincerely,
    Tom and Jennifer Ludwig

  6. Sue,
Such good news...God is indeed good....We may never meet face to face but I know we've met heart to heart and that's whats important....

We have a dear church member who had aneurysm surgery two weeks ago, one kidney was no longer functioning, the other isn't working properly, he is on dialysis 24/7...had to have bypasses in both legs due to blood clots and on a ventilator. He seems to be making some progress. His name is Ronald and Dean, his wife, has been on a roller coaster for two weeks...He has been in ICU all this time and possibly for another couple of weeks. Please remember them in your prayers.....God Bless...Betty

  9. So nice to talk to you yesterday and get the good news about Aaron. A long way to go I realize, but steps in that direction - Praise God! Your mention of Fly Lady led me to face my kitchen floor - well the floor does continue beneath the stove and fridge - can you say gross - cat fur, dust bunnies and who knows what else... which of course leads to vacumning and wiping/scrubbing down the appliances....so why not move some cabinets too - okay I've gone beyond my 15 min of cleaning, so here I am having the prescribed break... Prayers for Aaron!
    Love - Sheryl
