Belated Thank You
Isn't this a sweet little bird nest gift? Lidy, from Little French Garden House, enclosed it in a package with a pin that I ordered from her web shop. Thank you Lidy!
Dear Sue, Thanks for commenting on the blog, you always have such nice comments. I can see that you also like blue. I love the color of the eggs in your little gift-nest. Take care, Stephanie
Hi Sue! I've been catching up with your last few posts and so totally enjoyed them! Your gardening is so fabulous. Just beautiful. Bunnies treasures? Oh yeah, I'm a sucker for all of those, too. Such pretty goodis you've collected.
Thank you so much for the "thank you", although it is ME who is thankful to YOU!
(I'm impressed you didn't eat the little eggs, I snuck a few here and there while making these little Spring "lagniappes"!) luckily the Summer gift was made of lavender:)
Sue, We would love if you "copied" the tradition. The children really love it and, like someone commented, it teaches them an appreciation for gardening - something my mom loves. Hope all is well. Heather
Dear Sue, Thanks for the kind words. My thoughts are with you and your sister. I hope she is doing ok.
I'm so glad you liked the blue. As you know it is agony to pick a new color- is it too dark or light? Anyway this one is called French Silk by Glidden (I'd buy it just for the name!). The number at the bottom of the chip is 3088 63/097. I had it copied at Homw Depot and used Behr eggshell. If you need it I would be happy to copy the formula from the paint can lid.
Again, my thoughts are with you and your sister. Stephanie
My first visit to you but not my last! I want to say how much I enjoyed your April 4th post and plan to mention it in my next post for others to visit you and read it. It made me smile and brought tears to my heart! Thank you for the contribution! Lori
