Favorite

I have a few favorites and this polish color is one. Even though I need a fresh mani and pedi the color still is fairly decent. This OPI Elephantastic Pink is my color of choice this summer. It is more coral than I usually wear and requires a less blue pink outfit to accompany it. This year I am trying to add coral and turquoise, which are traditional summer colors, to my daily rotation

I am loving posting on my blog again but I am not loving all the spam comments that are filling my inbox. Grrrrr. I know I don't get nearly the amount of comments that I got when I poster regularly but now the few I do get are lost in the crazy Spam mess. How do any of you handle the spam situation?

Lilly And Rain Gear

It is coming to the end of the week that I have been attempting to honor Lilly by wearing, at the very least, some pink and green. My Friday outfit also incorporates shoes and a handbag that repels water since it rains every day now.
I did hear on WJR that all this rain we have had this spring has now officially brought us out of the most recent drought that we have been experiencing for the last few years. I am grateful for this slow start to spring and will just try to dress accordingly.

New Counter Tops

We need new counter tops since the old ones were ruined while we (John) were installing our new stove;))). Picking them out is harder than I thought. Here are pictures of the condo for me to use while looking for them. The slab of granite is what I think we will use.
I don't have any experience with selecting stone counters. The website Houzz has been helpful but my confidence level is low especially considering the expense.
